Zhangshiyan Scenic Area
The springs share many common
elements: They all flow down from the cliff outlets dozens to hundreds of meters
high to form three layers of waterfalls: the Jade
Waterfall, Cloud Cliff Pond, Zhangyan (a screen-like mountain peak), Double
Waterfall and Water Curtain Waterfall, all of which create a marvelous natural
phenomenon. There are also many kinds of plants and wild and rare  birds and animals in Zhangshiyan Scenic Area,
such as the black
stork, turtledove, river deer, roe deer, ordinary deer, badger and grand
black butterfly.
From the summer to early winter, a sea of clouds usually appears in the area
and, at the right time, the "Light of Buddha" can be spotted. A soft rime in the
early winter adorns the mountains and valleys where trees look like "jade trees"
with "pear flowers on their branches".
