Provisions of Sponsorship for the 6th Asian Arts Festival

Forms of sponsorship and rewards arrangements:

1. Sponsors who offer to cover the expenses of the Official Reception of the 6th Asian Arts Festival will receive the following rewards:

(1) Representatives of sponsoring enterprises or companies will be invited to attend the Official Reception of the 6th Asian Arts Festival and provided with three seats at the VIP Tables and 15 seats at other tables;
(2) Representatives of sponsoring enterprises or companies will be invited to attend the Opening Ceremony of the 6th Asian Arts Festival in Beijing and provided with 10 complimentary tickets.

2. Sponsors who provide financial support to the 6th Asian Arts Festival (no less than 10, 000 US dollars per sponsorship and no more than 30 sponsors in total) will receive the following rewards:

(1) Representatives of sponsoring enterprises or companies will be invited to attend the Official Reception, the Opening Ceremony and Opening Performance as Guests of Honor;
(2) The names of sponsoring enterprises or companies will be printed on the promotion materials of Asian Arts Festival (posters, programmes and admission tickets);
(3) Each sponsor will receive a Certificate of Recognition;
(4) The names and leading representatives of sponsoring enterprises or companies will be mentioned in media coverage of the festival;
(5) Each sponsor will receive a package of AAF souvenir and DVD.
