An exhibition of Traditional Chinese Medical Cultural Heritage opened in Chengdu on May 23 as part of the International Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival.

The theme of the exhibition is "carrying on traditional Chinese medical culture and safeguarding the health of mankind". It showcases systematically and vividly the traditional Chinese medicine science in terms of clinical diagnosis, medicine production, rehabilitation culture, acupuncture and moxibustion, among others.

Mr. Wang Guoqiang, China's Minister of Health, came to see the exhibition to show his support for the conservation and promotion of traditional Chinese medical cultural heritage.
