The Vietnam National Song and Dance Troupe, established in 1951, is the most famous comprehensive art troupe in Vietnam. It assembles almost all the art gems of the various ethnic groups in Vietnam.

In the past 50 years, the troupe has traveled not only all over Vietnam, but to other Asian, European and American countries, bringing with it splendid performances.

The year of 2006 is the 55th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The troupe's performance sure has plenty to look forward to with their latest works.
