1. Introduction

The year of 2006 is the 15th anniversary of the establishment of China-ASEAN Dialogue Relationship. Compared with the previous seven AAF, the Festival this year reaches a new height, in terms of scale and contents. The grand performance of "Bravo! ASEAN" jointly staged by ASEAN and Chinese artists will kick off the ASEAN Culture Week, highlight of this year's AAF. The theme of the 8th AAF is "Admiring each other, and developing harmoniously."

2. Performance Time

1) August 31 and September 1, 2006: two performances of "Bravo! ASEAN" opening ceremony

2) September 2, 2006: a special performance to celebrate the 45 anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Laos.
