1. Introduction
The Asian art boasts unique features in terms of style, forms, language, and
aesthetic and artistic conceptions.
The Asian art museums have made great contribution to the development of
Asian art in terms of art colleting, exhibiting and researching.
The "Theme Conference of Asian (10+3) Art Museum Directors Forum," held by
China's Ministry of Culture and presented by the National Art Museum of China,
aims to unite all the national art museums of Asian (especially ASEAN) countries
to focus on the present situation and development of modern Asian art, the
exchange of each other's experience on collecting, exhibiting and researching,
the establishment of regional cooperation system, and the promotion of common
development of Asian art museums.

5. Participating Fee
The participants will be responsible for the round-trip ticket fees. The
Forum organizer will be responsible for the accommodation fees during the
conference days in Beijing from August 30 to September 3. However, unofficial
participants are not included.
6. Information Feedback
The speech paper of those who are to make speeches on the conference should
be handed in to the Forum's Organizational Committee before July 31.
The participants' name list should be handed in to the Forum's Organizational
Committee before July 31, who will in turn send out the official invitation.
