To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of China-ASEAN Dialogue Relationship, and to continue managing the follow-up issues after the 9th ASEAN (10+3) Summit Meeting, China's Ministry of Culture will hold "The 2nd NEACH & the (10＋3) Cultural Personnel Resources Development and Cooperation Training Class" during the 8th AAF. Officials from the 10 member countries of ASEAN, Japan, South Korea, and the Secretariat of ASEAN are invited to take part in the training courses.

"The 2nd NEACH & the (10＋3) Cultural Personnel Resources Development and Cooperation Training Class" will be held from August 30-September 9, 2006. After the opening ceremony in Beijing, the participants will fly to Guilin and Nanning of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Foshan of Guangdong Province for the training courses.
