Mass cultural special performances conclude

Special performances by the elders, reflecting the spirit of the elders, were held in the Hangzhou Gymnasium last night. It was the last special performance of the mass cultural performances in the Seventh China Arts Festival.

The evening show, a vivid reflection of the colorful life of the elders', consists of 14 programs, among which 9 programs were created and performed by the elders and 5 programs had won the Gold Award in national contest. The evening show also reflects the attention and care for the elders by the party and government.

During the Seventh China Arts Festival, there are numerous stages for the masses performances. The evening show by the disabled, "Love in the World", has been performed in Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore, etc. The "Beautiful Area and Lovely Soldiers" presented by the soldiers reflects the solidarity between the soldiers and the masses. The special performance of workers, "Song of Light", was also presented during the period.
