'Prince of Piano' to be staged for the festival

Kong Xiangdong, dubbed the "Prince of Piano", who has won the entire international awards in piano, will be staged in Shaoxing tonight.

The Kong Xiangdong Dream Tour marks the debut of a new creative direction for both the artist and his audience. Realizing a long-held dream of establishing an authentic voice, he blends multi-cultural music with in a unique way through the layering of eastern melodies with western forms and structure in a symphonic setting.

The repertoires of the piano concert have been decided, including the "Piano Sonata Moonlight", "Spanish Rhapsody" and "The Yellow River". He may add two extra solos to feast the passionate audiences.
