1. The Seventh China Arts Festival is intended to invite the leaders of CPC and the central government as the honorary president and president, and main leaders of Ministry of Culture and Zhejiang provincial government as the vice president. The organizing committee of the Seventh China Arts Festival is made of leaders from relative ministries and Zhejiang provincial governments. The organizing committee is in charge of making guidelines, supervising and mobilizing social forces to participate in the arts festival.

The office under the organizing committee is in charge of various routine work.

In addition, there are Exhibition Department, Publicity Department, Finance Department, and Reception Department and so on under the committee.

2. Before the establishment of the organizing committee, the preparing committee takes charge the all the work. The host cities that undertake the arts festival must cooperate with the committee.
