Written by Ye Xiaogan, this beautiful yet sad love story is the first ever dance drama created by a Macao composer. A Young and handsome sailor, Qin Gao falls in love at first sight, with the daughter of his captain, Maria. When pirates kidnap Maria, Qin Gao and the other sailors dash ahead to rescue her regardless of their own safety. Assisted by his partners and the native African people, Qin is able to fight back the pirates and marry his Maria. As the first original dance drama by a Macao composer, it provides a glimpse to the unyielding personality of the Macao people.
