When the curtain is raised, a dancer in white trousers is seen standing in
the lamplight on a black floor board with ripples painted on it´
Even a person who has never watched a modern dance performance before doesn't
have to worry about not understanding this dance drama, as the movements in
Water Moon are inspired by Taichi (a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)
and the music is Bach's cello suite. Amazingly enough, the combination of
traditional Chinese Taichi and German Baroque Music works flawlessly.
