From December 13th, 2001 to January 15th, 2002, a large-scale photo show of the Republic's Album (2000~2001) is on display at a city in the western side of Sweden. A city council member in charge of cultural and physical culture affairs participated at the opening ceremony of the show and a director of the municipal cultural bureau delivers an enthusiastic speech at the opening ceremony. In his speech, he gave an introduction to the Show and recalled the exchanges between the city and China in the fields of culture and economy. He also expressed, It is hoped that the citizens of the city can have an opportunity to further understand the development of China. Many people visited the Show, including ordinary citizens and students from secondary and elementary schools. The local newspapers covered the show favorably. The Show achieves a great success.

The Republic's Album is also to be displayed at another city during the Chinese Movie Festival to be held from January 25th to February 12th, 2002.

The movie festival and the Show attract large numbers of visitors. These activities are vigorously supported by the local governments respectively and warmly accepted by the citizens.
