The commemorative conference is co-sponsored by China International Friendship Federation and Japan Segawa Peace Financial Group. The conference will look back at and sum up the friendly exchanges among the two peoples in the past 30 years, enhance mutual understanding, and lay a solid foundation for cooperation between the two countries in the fields of politics, economy, science, technology, culture and security in the new century.
The visiting-Japan team is composed of China Non-governmental Friendly People Delegation, China Mayor Delegation, China IT Industrial Policy Survey Delegation, China Youth Delegation, Sino-Japan Security Exchange Team and China Press Delegation (about 80 persons in number). On the occasion Japanese personages in political, economical and financial circles, officials at provincial and department levels, representatives from Sino-Japanese friendly organizations, experts with research institutes and representative from mass media will be invited.
