The Japan-China Trade Show is a comprehensive one held consecutively by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, run for the first time in 1986 in Japan. As it is large in scope, strict in organization and extensive in reflecting China's achievements in reforms and opening up, the show has become highly influential in Chinese and Japanese economic and trade circles.
The year 2002 happens to be 30th anniversary of normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations. To celebrate the grand occasion and to make full use of China's trade channel into Japan, and attract all forms of direct or indirect foreign investment, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade is to hold China Trade Show in June at Tokyo.
