The first meeting of the Organizing Committee of A Year of Personnel Exchanges among China, Japan and Korea convenes on March 22nd in the Ministry of Culture, chaired by Sun Jiazheng, Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Minister of Cultural Ministry.

At the meeting, Meng Xiaosi, Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Vice Minister of the Cultural Ministry, gives a briefing of the preparations for the activities. Present at the meeting are the 16 Vice Chairmen of the Organizing Committee such as Wang Yi, Vice Minister of the Foreign Affairs Ministry; Zhang Youcai, Vice Minister of the Finance Ministry; An Min, Vice Minister of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation; Li Gang, Vice Director of Information Office of the State Council; Zheng Xinmiao from State Cultural Relics Bureau; Xiao Rong, Vice Chairman of the International Friendship Liaison Association of China; and part of the Members of the Organizing Committee. At the meeting, their respective suggestions and comments were put forward.
