Taipei Palace Museum

The Taipei Palace Museum is regarded by the Taiwan people as an embodiment of Chinese culture, and the revered place plays an important role in Taiwan's external cultural exchanges.

The late Qin Xiaoyi, former curator of the Taipei Palace Museum, once said that since the cultural relics held at the Taipei museum were transported from Beijing, after China's national reunification the precious articles should be returned to their original home: The Palace Museum in Beijing.
