China International Culture (Exchange) Association (CICA), established on 3rd July 1986, is a nationwide non-profit social organization dedicated towards people-to-people cultural exchange and cooperation under the guidance and support of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China.

By developing cultural exchange and cooperation with other countries, CICA strives to attain its goal: to help bring about a flourishing culture for the mankind, to enhance mutual understanding and friendship between the Chinese people and the peoples of the world.

On the basis of equality and mutual benefit, CICA is ready to work with relevant institutions and organizations for exchange and cooperation in the field of personnel exchange and publication, organization of performances, exhibitions, academic symposiums and other cultural activities.

Since its establishment, operating on the basis of equality and mutual benefits, CICA has organized a large amount of international culture exchanges covering hundreds of countries and regions. In addition, exchanging and cooperating with concerned organizations all over the world on mutual personnel visiting, holding arts performances, exhibitions, international cultural researches and forums, CICA strives to contribute positively to publicizing and introducing Chinese culture and promoting cultural exchanges and corporations between foreign countries and China.

The important activities CICA held are the Oriental Cultural Studies, China International Youth Arts Week, the Oriental Express Youth Artists recommendation Plan, China Culture Summer Camp, and etc.
