Comic drama "Eight Prohibitions of Love"

Under the pressure of life and the rapidity of work, urban citizens now prefer to relax themselves in easy and joyous entertaining activities. The comic drama "Eight prohibitions about love" is definitely one of such. Written by Dai Pengfei, one of the top mobile phone text message writers in China, the drama features humorous dialogues and punch lines, which at the same time arouses questions about career, love and life from audiences.

Divided into three parts, the drama develops along two plot lines, which interweave with each other: Su Xiaomi breaks up with her boyfriend Hao Danan, only to find that she feels so regretful. Hao Danan experiences the success of career after conquering initial confusions. Their stories reveal the young people's struggle in work, relationship and life. In stead of the usual happy ending, the drama concludes with a surprising drop scene.

The comic drama realizes Dai Pengfei's pursuit of comedy: tears in laughter, savoring life in laughter. The laugh points appear every 15 seconds. Such a frequency contributes to Dai's unique language style.
