JLTV-2 focuses on economy, with major programs being Economy News (Jinshi Xinwen), Enterprise Events (Qiye Zhi Lin) and Economy & Law (Jingji Yu Fa).

JLTV has six studios. It employs analog component devices in its programming. Signals are sent through digital microwave networks to viewers. It is now making efforts to digitize its devices.
