From Oct 24 to Nov 5, Shenzhen held the 2nd China Shenzhen International Piano Concerto Competition. Continuing the course of the 1st competition, the 2nd CSIPCC sets the stage for gifted young pianists worldwide to play concertos with a professional symphony orchestra. It aims to promote international exchange and collaborations in this field, and to discover promising young artists. It serves as an essential event in transforming Shenzhen into a city known for piano. In 2006, Shenzhen successfully held the 1st International Piano Concerto Competition.
