The 5th joint conference of the 11th Asia Arts Festival Executive Committee was held on July, 6th, which was hosted by Mr. Bao, the deputy mayor of Ordos city, and attended by Mr. Zhao Xinmin, the director of the city’s culture bureau, and other members of the committee.

During the conference, reports about the work development were made by each unit, and problems were also discussed. Mr. Bao pointed out that at present the preparation work had come to a critical moment, and all the departments should strengthen communication and cooperation. Mr. Zhao stressed that relevant staff and volunteers should be trained soon so as to provide first class service during the festival.
