Alvin Ailey said, “dance is for everybody. I believe that dance came from the people and that it should always be delivered back to the people.”

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater (AAADT), one of the world's great modern dance companies, returns to Asia for seven nights of breathtaking performances in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The tour will go from October 26 to November 3, and promises to bring world-class artistic enjoyment and cultural experience to China’s modern dance lovers.

AAADT will perform a number of works including Alvin Ailey's masterpiece "Revelations,” ”The Golden Section" by choreographer Twyla Tharp and "Love Stories" by Judith Jamison with Robert Battle and Rennie Harris.
