One new exhibition was opened to the Beijing public on August 18th in the Capital Museum.
Titled “Exploration of the Ancient Archaeological Mysteries and Discoveries,” it focuses on cultural relics and reproductions of excavations of ancient tombs. It provides a vivid picture of how archeology has developed over the last few decades. It also includes some recent discoveries that have never been displayed before, such as Shang Dynasty oracle bones and ancient female mummies.
