Shaolin KongFu

Shaolin KongFu originated in the particular Buddhist cultural environment at the Shaolin Temple of Mt. Songshan. It is one of the ways the monks practice Chan Buddhism which reflects a thorough understanding of life.

The design and the arrangement of their movements are based on the medical knowledge of ancient China. Those movements fit the natural structure of the human body and give full play to its potential

Being an outstanding example of ancient Chinese martial arts culture, Shaolin KongFu is quite popular in many countries. Today it has become an important spiritual asset of the Chinese people and a precious cultural asset shared all over the world.

 
 
Taijiquan

Taijiquan often called shadow boxing, combines the control of breath, mind and body. It emphasizes body movement following mind movements, tempering toughness with gentleness and graceful carriage. Qigong is a unique Chinese way of keeping fit. It aims at enhancing health, prolonging life, curing illness and improving physiological functioning.
